Good job, Ian. Good voice. Good humor. Good timing within the course. Pulling up the Denver spreadsheet was a slick use of technology.

I agree. The Denver model is thought-provoking. I like the base-builder provisions and the way they put some merit pay shared among all staff in a high achieving or improving building. I think that one of the keys to success is the fact that all stakeholders worked together to form the plan.
